Janie Elizabeth Theriot, M.D.

Dr. Theriot earned her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Health Sciences, where she was honored with the Presidential Scholarship. After graduating, she completed her residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at Orlando Health Medical Center, serving as chief resident during her training. She then went on to pursue a fellowship in breast pathology at Yale University School of Medicine.

It was during her time in medical school that Dr. Theriot discovered her passion for pathology, and through her training and mentorship, she developed a strong commitment to women’s health. She has authored and contributed to numerous peer-reviewed articles, including those published in the Journal of Breast Cancer Research and Treatment. Dr. Theriot is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and honing her skills as a diagnostician.

In her spare time, she enjoys Cajun French cuisine, reading true crime novels, and spending quality time with her family.​​​
