Jason Chen, M.D.

Jason Chen M.D.  is a pathologist that joined East Coast Pathology of Florida in July of 2018. He is board certified and specializes in Anatomical and Clinical Pathology, performing routine surgical pathology, including microscopic tissue examination, frozen section analysis, and cytological  evaluation of specimens. 

Dr. Chen received his B.S. degree in 2008 from The University of Texas at Austin and his M.D. from Ross University in 2013. He completed his AP/CP residency training at University of Tennessee Medical Center at Knoxville and served as chief resident during that time. He then went on to complete a Surgical Pathology fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, with special interest in breast pathology.

Jason is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys fishing, hunting, hiking, and camping.
